Q. Who are you, what is your background?

A. We are a group of freelance engineers, among our staff we count with an electronic engineer, an information systems engineer and a computer engineer. Our staff has been highly trained and has huge industry experience in the telecommunications, computer networks, electronics troubleshooting, help desk computer support and web development fields so in that way you can count with professionals instead of just a few months trained technicians. Q. Why should I go to you guys instead of taking my computer and get it fixed at any big computer/electronics retail store?

A. Customer service and rates are the answers! We listen to our customers, most of the times we go on-site for free*. We treat our customers with respect, professionalism and honesty. We won’t try to sell you a new part if the old one can be repaired. Our rates will always be better since we eliminate the costs of middle guys, management, fancy facilities and mass advertisement. Q. How do you charge your services?

A. Instead of having hourly rates, we prefer to charge our customers with flat rates which is always more fair to them! That means we assume the risk of having to work extra on one job if something unexpected come across but the final price always will be the same. Besides, some of the troubleshooting tasks involved periods of time where the technician is just a “spectator” (like virus scanning, hard drive defragmentations, software installation and so on). So is not fair to charge our customers for this time. Nice deal, isn’t it? Back to Top

Q. Can you repair my computer on-site?

A. Yes! We understand the hassle that represents moving your computer from one place to another to get it fixed (unplugging those bunch of data cables, power cables, etc will always be troublesome). With our onsite services one member of our crew can go to your office or home and fix your computer there. If there is any complication (some repairs require access to broadband internet for updates or special tools to get it done) our technician will bring your computer to our lab and will get it fixed there. Then, he will bring your computer back to your place and install it there so you do not have to do anything! Back to Top

Q. I got a small business and I want to have a web page but I have no idea how to start. Can you help?

A. Yes, we can! Web design is one of our specialties. Just give us a call and schedule a one hour FREE technical consultation with our web master designer. She will listen to your needs and based on your requirements and budget will prepare a formal quote for the web design process. Back to Top

Q. I got an emergency on weekends or after business hours; can I still get help from you?

A. Yes! Please give us a call or email us. Your message will be instantly forward to our “on duty” engineer who can assist you by phone or if its needed onsite. Our emergency after hours’ service has a charge of $60.00 per incident plus the normal. Back to Top

Q. Do your rates differ if the equipment to serve is for business or residential use?

A. No. Our rates are the same. Technically there is no difference between a computer running windows XP in a business environment and one for home users, so why should the rates be different? Back to Top

Q. I got a computer that I bought several years ago and is not working, do you think is worth it to fix it?

A. Please give us call; let us know what kind of computer is and we will recommend the best choice for you. Sometimes, we can trade your old computer for new parts (like a new DVD burning unit) or for service for your new computer. Back to Top
